Wistle Blowing Policy

The Company has in place a whistle-blowing framework for employees of the Group and any other persons to, in confidence, raise concerns about any improprieties in matters of financial reporting or other matters to the Audit Committee.
How to report

Reports should be made in writing with at least the following information:
  • Details of the party(ies) involved
  • Date/s or period/s of time
  • Type of concern
  • Evidence substantiating the report (where possible)
  • Contact details (in case further information is required)

Confidentiality
Subject to applicable laws and regulations, Fortress Group will take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality and anonymity of the Whistleblower consistent with the need to conduct an adequate review.


Malicious Whistleblowing
If the results of an investigation show that the Whistleblower acted maliciously or did not act in good faith or submits a whistleblowing Complaint which he knows to be false, or without a reasonable belief in the truth and accuracy of the information, management will consider and take appropriate actions against the Whistleblower.
