Notice of Record Date and Payment Date for Final Dividend

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Fortress Minerals Limited (the “Company”) will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 7 July 2023 (the “Record Date”) for the purpose of determining the entitlements of the shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) to the one-tier tax exempt final dividend of 0.80 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended 28 February 2023 (the “Final Dividend”).

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, B.A.C.S. Private Limited at 77 Robinson Road #06-03 Robinson 77 Singapore 068896 up to 5.00 p.m. on 7 July 2023 will be registered to determine the Shareholders’ entitlements to the Final Dividend.

Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on the Record Date will be entitled to the Final Dividend. The Final Dividend will be paid on 28 July 2023.
